Increase Base lvl Job Lvl?

Hello There,

 

I would  want to know how to increase the base lvl, job lvl , max stats of the server.

 

I have been through conf/battle/exp.conf conf/battle/player.conf though I could change base lvl and aura lvl I did not find job lvl, max stats.

 

Could you guide me though it??
