Simple Question, Need Answer

Hello some of my players are experiencing problems like crashing client

 

other player doesnt have this kind of problem only those who are new to RO

 

they can enter my server but if they @warp or go to main town, their client starts to crash/not responding

 

my question is what kRO client should they use? or should download?

Although Ratemyserver offers a full list of downloads for the latest kRO clients, players (you) still must run the kRO patchers within the RMS download or try Ai4rei's patchers here.

 

It is nearly impossible for us to help if we can't pinpoint the cause. That being said, the best solution is, tell them to patch their kRO and see if it still occurs.

what is your main town. Can you diff your client to show error messages, that may help to see if anything custom related or something missing

Me and other player doesnt experience error, but only those new to RO who happens to encounter different error from client not responding to errors and stuff

we kinda tell them to turn off their sound back ground and kinda works well they doesnt encounter error.
