My notices box is with a white background that brokes the skin desgin :/

How do i make a transparent background? So this whay will only appear the letters?

You cannot create a transparent background. You need to cut out the notice field and load it with your notice.html. Send me your background image(PN) and your config.ini and I can do it for you.
