Could anyone tell me a solution to this problem? Note that I can not leave the green wamp, already reinstalled it several times and nothing turns green. Error Translation: Messages MySQL: Documentation# 2002 - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.The server is not responding (or socket of the local server is misconfigured).
