Client has stopped working

So I am having a problem with my client.

 

My process of creating the client.

I installed kRO Renewal to ...\Gravity\RO\

Diffed 20130320Ragexe

Put a data folder in ...\RO\

Put 20130320Ragexe_patched in ...\RO\

 

I run it and as soon as I type in username and password I get "2013-03-20eRagexe_patched.exe has stopped working"

It doesn't matter what I type in for the username and password. I get the same exact error.

 

How do I fix this?

Your lua files ain't made for your 2013 client. Get some other lua files.

You don't need the Diff 'Enable Custom 3D Bones', it causes some issues.

The second problem may is, that you have no files in your data folder (or custom .grf)

What files do I need in my data folder? Here's what's in there already. The lua files give me errors when I first start also but don't seem to be causing the main problem.

So I re-did everything. Still using  2013-03-20eRagexe. Now I have a custom .grf and use loki launcher. I'm getting an error after I login through the launcher: [string "buf"]:6: bad argument #1 to 'ipairs' (table expected, got nil). I click okay and then my client says the userid doesn't exist even thought it does. logserv.bat says unknown account and says I used some crazy login info.

- Increase Headgear ViewID to 5000

- Increase Zoom

- Load ItemInfo.lua before lub

- Read Data Folder First

- Read msgstringtable.txt

- Read questid2display.txt

- Translate Client In English

- Use Normal Guild Brackets

- Use Ragnarok Icon

- eXtract MsgStringTable.txt

- eXtract txt file strings

This helped the error but ultimately I needed to make langtype = 0 in my clientinfo.xml so that it would log me in correctly.
