How can i make my Sacrifice never miss against flee type? It misses on flee type characters T_T

Can i request Stalker Soul Link script which gives 50% double strafe damage and Enable to strip even if the enemy has full coat protection. And it will be required to the stalker to bring Glistening Coat so he/she can strip the enemy per piece. For the Paladin, I've searched for the Devotion skill issue. but the problem is i do not know how to "revision" the devotion skill. Can someone give me hints on this? Thanks!

Is there a script needed to make my settings saved? Everytime i log in i need to uncheck the sounds,bgm,friend setup etc. etc. Even i run it as an administrator. If there is a script, a little hand please. Thanks!
