I managed to repair the error, in fact it is a beginner's error. in the file inter_athena.conf where it should be localhost I put the server's ip causing this error.

Olá Blendon, está instalado em localhost ou em host pago? Pois, lembre-se que em host pago você precisa dar as permissões a alguns arquivos e diretórios. Tive um problema onde o flux nao conseguia acessar o banco de dados, mas mandei ticket pro suporte do meu host e resolveram para mim, era algo a ver com eles.
