found a solution for this thank you using instanced emperium breaker.

Thank you i can now see the Npc due to the spacing has been corrected,but to check the console errors my VNC not working it says Too many authentication failures any other way you can try to help i will be thankful.

the script i attached below isnt working for rathena latest 2018 it is a npc that gives player items when player specific name is typed into it with item id. ZotarCorpNPC.txt

the npc doesnt appear at all in my game when i reload it.

I found this script on rathena and i translated it to english and tried to fix some bugs but its not working,Can someone fix it?Its a script where you can enter a emperium room and break it to and check how much time u broke the emperium within. Emperium Breaker Script.txt

A Npc which can send items to a player when his character name is typed into the NPC,It can also sent items to everyone in the server.The player who needs to receive the item need to talk to the Npc. If anyone could help i will be very thankful.
