where can i find the spell circle effect on data.grf?

anyone know where can i find the basic spell circle effect on data.grf? these are single targetet spell.. so basically im trying to make it bigger or noticeable so i can react fast when a monster is casting a skill to me -
i just don't really like peco mounted knights they fugly af. so i decided to remove them by renaming and replacing mount sprite... however i dont know how to position the weapon for mounted to no mount... any idea how to fix this?

if act editor has magnifer script why it doesnt have shrink script? example i want to make some monster smaller. is there any way to shrink it smaller? like in moscovia dungeon3 i want uzahas at babayaga smaller so i can snipe mavkas easily
