Did you include the HKLM to HLCU in your client? That was my problem yesterday, i just re-patched my client without it and it worked.

di pa ako naglalagay ng mga custom items. ung basic items lng kapag naglogin ka or nagcharacter select nawawala ung effect. example kung my + 5 str ung item upon login ndi nadadagdag ung + 5 str, irere equip mo muna para magtake effect. Kapag nag character select ka nawawala pagkalogin mo ulit nung char. Salamat sa mga nagrereply

Got the same problem ung using re client 2010-06-29a i've tried those setup.exes stuff it didn't work. oops fixed it.
