Tenho que importar para meu banco de dados todos esses arquivos?

Boa noite, como está funcionando atualmente os arquivos sql? Pois estou vendo videos de instalação onde estão importando apenas logs e main.sql como fica a questão do item_db? onde o emulador está lendo? Pois montei um patch com o rathena atual, uma data atual, e quando tento criar alguns costumes como o 31186 (Black Cat) dá que não existe, porém dentro da pasta sql consta lá item_db_re e lá eu pesquiso por 31186 e está lá black cat, porém in game não mostra. A instalação eu fiz apenas como mostram nos videos, por mais que eu ache estranho, ainda assim importei só logs e main, mas diante dessa questão, resolvi importar item_db_re pois lá eu vi o item que quero Black Cat, pórém mesmo assim ao dar @item 31186 nada foi encontrado. alguém pode me ajudar a solucionar essa questão?

@MathReaper Sorry atcommand.c If it is not possible to fix the error, could anyone help me remove those systems that are giving error in atcommand? Because I tried to remove the lines that are giving error thinking that this would solve, but without success, I got other errors.

Eu comprei um servidor completo, já importei as tabelas, o hexed abre normalmente, porém ao ligar o runserver.bat sou informado que não foi encontrado map-server,char-server, e login-server, então deu a entender que eu precisaria compilar, foi o que fiz, compilei e o login-server,char-server estão OK! Somente o map-server que não funcionou. Então eu voltei no Visual Studio e vi que realmente existe erros na compilação envolvendo o map-server.
