Just posting this just in case someone ends up with the same error and looking for a fix:
Make sure you have all the files and their contents in fluxcp/data/schemas/charmapdb/ and fluxcp/data/schemas/logindb/. In this case, the files were in the directories but had nothing in them (perhaps from a bad upload). If you don't have them, just pull/checkout the files again or re-upload (and replace) them.

Hmm.. I'm not 100% sure on the following but I think Thor Patcher doesn't really have a limit on the amount of GRFs you can use. You do have to specify a "base" GRF in the configurations but in the ThorMaker.exe, I believe you can specify any GRF you want to update by its name.
I'm not really familiar with the others so I can't comment on those xP
  3. Xantara's post in [SQL] DB error - Table 'ragnarok.loginlog' doesn't exists was marked as the answer
Your sql log settings are enabled but your database names is still using txt settings. To fix this, open your log_athena.conf and read the contents below the "Logging tables/files" title. Notice that there are two "names" for every log database; the first is the txt (defaulted), and the second one is the SQL (which is commented out).
Edit: QQ, sorry, I misread. Lol
Try checking your conf/inter_athena.conf and conf/import/inter_conf.txt file for the log_db_db setting. Make sure it says 'log' instead of 'ragnarok'?
