    I managed to resolve evasively, I updated phpmyadmin, and by the console of the open server application I created another user and I used the database that is clean, gave work, if you know otherwise
     
    I got it here, I had to recreate the user via console, and I updated phpmyadmin manually!
    Can someone close the post?
