are you connecting to a external host? i wouldn't recommend doing that... also, mysql needs to be configured to allow external connections (or whitelist)
and like brynner said, check your DB configuration
If the following error occurs when you try to connect from a host other than the one on which the MySQL server is running, it means that there is no row in the user table with a Host value that matches the client host:
Host ... is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server
You can fix this by setting up an account for the combination of client host name and user name that you are using when trying to connect.

sup, never played with this fluxcp but i was looking at the Flux CP CMS Addons, the news module is from there, right? because the flux i downloaded from google code haven't got any news module

Open the addons folder it extracted. Copy the content_management folder inside it to your webserver's FluxCP addons folder (or write over the addons folder with the extracted addons folder) -

nobody is ever going to finish a new client, there's projects since the early years of eA and a lot of them just dissapear or end it up with an "i'll finish next summer"
- RagnaXNA: closed source, ghost town, nothing released
- CRC: closed source, 10 months and nothing released
- roBrowser: almost a year and nothing released, but we need a compiled client not a web port (imo)
- Open Ragnarok: more than a year, released code is so outdated that it's better to start a new one
The people with the knowledge to make such thing don't have the time to finish it and won't release the code for other people to help, imo it needs to be named as the official rAthena client so we stop creating new fail projects and center the development.
I would kill for a keyboard movement mod!
