      If you want use packet encryption use this guide for server

      at your db\import\packet_db.txt

      input your key encryption

      Quote

      packet_keys_use: 0x12b21155,0x1200d441,0x1002012b

      after that using nemo dont enable disable packet encryption

      and put your first key to packet first key encryption in nemo

      second key to second key encription in nemo

      third key to third key encryption in nemo

      after that apply and test it.
