Hey Anaconda thanks for the help. I got it working! i ran all the servers at the same time and none could connect so i ran them in proper order and it worked great! Thanks again man.

Figured it out. I ran runserv.bat and it ran them all at once and messed it up. I ran them individually one at a time and it fixed it so thank you alot for your help it was something stupid.

It connects and loads the database fine it says the map server just wont connect to the character server for some reason.

Well i modified the char settings files etc and set everything to 127.0.0.1 but now it just says this? It seems like it cant connect or something it just sits there?

I just had it working again so i restarted the emulator to verify it works again and it didn't work this time???? What the hell
