i get it. on the floatingrates.txt npc/custom/etc/floating_rates.txt thanks. im just. uhm, kinda excited enabling all the sample npcs in-game. THANKS! CHEERS!

Overview: the exp rates in exp.txt are 1000 (it should be x10 modified exp), but then. the server always regret it and change on his own into 118 129 (for exp rates) and 111 111 111 (for drop rates).. why? I tried to check the rates using @rates in-game. the rates are the same as the one on the left.
