Well, OnPCLoadMapEvent is an event itself, so it can be at the beginning or end of the script or in the middle. Doesn't really matter, to my knowledge at least. Toasty's is great, and its easy to edit.

Ok, here a designers opinion. I love your buttons, I love the images. The texture and the hard-styled borders are great. Top bar, awesome. My problem with this design is your page outline is not working at all, like it needs to go, and the theme you are going for with the overall page does not flow. I was telling this to somebody else, think of a theme you want to go for. Then study that theme of designs from other related designs. Then go for it. The top bar and top half of the background the theme matches, its kinda of dark, evil sensed, maybe a little bloodlust. But then as I scroll down your design things start getting more color, a little more happyish and the theme starts to break and shift into something else. That is where your points started going down, then I realized your page border, then other things started popping up.

TIPS:

1. Use rulers, keeps your page centered and everything evenly spaced.

2. Stray away from official logos. Custom designs usually never look good with official logos.

3. Keep to 1 theme, if you are going to change design themes on 1 page. Make sure it flows smoothly.

4. Practice practice practice. If your bored, make a small design.

Well, since you just copy and paste. Effort wise, thats a C

The concepts don't match up as well,

for instance. Your font leads me to think the product is going to either be, evil, contain some heavy war content or be about battles.

Then I look and your pictures there are 2 Valkyrie angels which those renders could be used in the same content but they are HAPPY angels. Not battle driven nor evil.

But then there is a pink poring singing.....thats out of the content which I was believed the product was about. The abstract brush on the bottom also is out of content.

Hmm...I'm going to have to agree with Mindless. Even though he is a bit harsh, it would be nice to see more 'maturity' in your work as an artist. Your banners are good, but the style is outdated and old school, which sometimes is good. But its plain. Heres a tip I learned, to do successful and stylish animations smoothly. Don't use photoshop, get a copy of After Effects

Hmm....I'm going to say 6/10

The font is great, the buttons could be better. Not just there and transparent, they are not evenly spread out. The page seems to be too big and everything seems to be styled the same way. Picture on top of transparent background. and the top bar with the server status just doesn't flow with the page. Great concept, could use some work!
