I just figured out what causes it.. that happens when I try to reset my skills though the reset girl npc... Idk if its a bug or something pls help

When I level up a skill for my wizard and click apply, nothing happens it just returns 0.. any idea how to fix this? I using rathena-master

I am using version 54 in my packet db.. I already configured it in the clientifno.xml, clif.h, packet_db.txt and I use the packetver 20151029 in mmo.h and I always gets this patch error when I use nemo-master
