Thanks for the help guys, after being search the whole cp, finally I found out where was wrong, and I changed it by just filter out this line in lang/en_us.php. So no more 'Current Server Status' by now, lol.

I solved it by myself, if anyone of you need to take off the "NO MSG" message simply use the suitable  msgstringtable.txt  for your client e.g. 2012-04-10aRagexe to match with 2012-04-10 msgstringtable.txt 
 
( P/S : Still cannot find the latest pre-renewal English data folder )
