I am encountering a problem considering lowering/raising the level of skills As you can see below, there are no < and > to the skill images. Even if I minimize the skill window, still, I am not getting the two directional buttons to lower a skill's level. Even if I scroll the circular controller on the mouse to lower/raise it prior to casting to a target, be it ground or a moving target, my client won't let me. I attached a screenie below. Please help.

Hi everyone! I am having problems with my login-server_sql. It seems it's not communicating well with my log database. I've tried many things like renaming the `loginlog` database to `login` but they are not working. I've search the forums and I know there are changes done to the loginlog_sql but I can't seem to get a workaround on this error. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks! Here is a screenshot below
