MVP not summoning slaves, warping or healing

Hi can't find how to make the MVP summon slaves warp or heal. I don't Think they're using skills either. Can anyone help me please.

Hi I think I messed something up on the server after restarting it will run but it says server closed when I try to connect. I deleted an account from what I believe is the server account r4gnarok1 all I did was that and change the themese of the flux but I don't know what happend. Can anyone help me? Or know how to fix this issue. I also returned the deleted account but still doesn't work
