May I request an All in One Refiner with this functions

1.) upto +12 Normal Refiner NPC = Zeny

2.) 100% Success +5/+6/+7/+8/+9/+10 Refine = Silver Coins

3.) +11/+12 100% Success Refine= Platinum Coins

4.) Enriched Refiner = 200K zeny and Enriched Elunium --> item breaks when refining fails...
