The ticket refiner currently available can be used, even with a +19 ticket. However, when trying to use it for armor level 2 and weapon level 5, the ticket refiner NPC does not respond. What should I edit?

its my first try adding new map, an voila...black land watch the tutorial again, and there is the problem, model and texture folder doesnt exist or i just do something wrong in process
