No costume tab on Equipment Window?

I have a problem. Where can I find the Style tab for costumes? For some reason it isn't there. I am using 2013-08-07a rag client

same as me , 20130807 ragexe and rathena SVN r11715 , no costume tab

i try update msgstringtable then become available ..u can try it ..

 

How did you update it?

 

i get from here https://subversion.assembla.com/svn/client-side-translation

data->MsgString->20130807msgstringtable.txt

rename it to msgstringtable.txt and put in data folder
