HELP about spear Quicken

HELP anyone... where can i edit the skill of Royal Guard (spear Quicken).. cause in my server the requirement of that skill is you nid to wear   two handed spear .. i want to change it to one handed spear requirement..

in "/pre-re/skill_require_db.txt"

change it to 4 (for one hand spear)

change it to 4:5 (for one hand and two hand spear)
