[R] Warp NPC

Hello guys i have a request to be made.

details :

 

I need a warper npc that can save last warp point , fav warp point and lock and unlock warp points,

i need player to do the offical quest to unlock the dungen or town warp ( nameless / moving islands etc ), no fields warp just town and dungen area. i did found one but the script was not working properly
