problem with 2do job

hi, i put a server high rates but the 2do job cause a low damage and the 3er job cause a major damage, how I can do to make the 2nd job cause more damage? fox example a gust storm lv 10 cause 12k per hit, bus jack frost lv 5 cause 400k per hit, can u help me please?

You can edit the value inside /db/skill_damage_db.txt to modify skill damage but Im not sure if you want to modify for specific job class.
