Charge Arrow can't knockback when the player used Pneuma

Seeking for your assistance regarding on the issue below i encountered. the player din't knockback inside the pneuma. It needs to knockback.

Guessing that "Charge Arrow" is "Phantasmic Arrow" the description of the skill is really helpful.

 

 

Shoots a magic arrow at a single target for 150% ranged physical damage and pushing it 3 cells backwards.

 

Pneuma Description:

 

Creates a 3x3 cell cloud around the target cell that blocks the damage all ranged physical attacks. This means that it also blocks the bow attacks of players

Pneuma completely blocks the following skills:

    Acid Bomb
    Acid Terror
    Arrow Shower
    Arrow Vulcan
    Blitz Beat
    Clashing Spiral
    Double Strafe
    Dragon Breath
    Falcon Assault
    Flying Kick
    Focused Arrow Strike
    Grimtooth (level 3 and above)
    Melody Strike
    Phantasmic Arrow
    Rapid Smiting
    Resurrection (used as offensive)
    Slinging Arrow
    Shield Boomerang
    Soul Destroyer
    Spear Boomerang
    Throw Spirit Sphere
    Traumatic Blow

Hi Sir,

 

Agree, Pneuma block the damage but as per Irowiki the effect of Charge Arrow will be retain. 

 

Pneuma Description irowiki (http://irowiki.org/wiki/Pneuma)

Note that only damage is blocked by Pneuma; other effects like Stun and knockback will retain their abilities. It is therefore possible to use Arrow Repel to knock a player out of a Pneuma and into harm's way.
