My friend is starting up a server . He's given me an admin account and i want to add npc's to it. I'm able to add npc's on my test server using this:

@Loadnpc <npcpath>

But I'm not able to do it on my friends server . Also is it necessary that the npc be added on script_custom.conf before i use @loadnpc?

I know there are like 100 topics on the net on how to add a npc and I'm sorry if this irritates you guys . I'd really appreciate your help !

Yes, the same thing you did on your test server, you need the script.txt , the directory for it you need to access the server side on that..

but.. if youre willing to know about adding script here's a link http://rathena.org/wiki/Adding_a_Script

Scripts cannot be loaded on to the server unless their text file is activated in a *.conf file.

Understood . Thank you .
