Drop rate items

Where can i change the drop rate of the boxes for killing mobs?  Like the card that when you kill a mob you have a chanse to get box of storms

Navigate to your server's conf/battle/drops.conf and look for the following lines:

// The rate adjustment for card-granted item drops.
item_rate_adddrop: 100
item_drop_add_min: 1
item_drop_add_max: 10000

Then edit the first value to your liking (100 is 1x rate, 1000 would be ten times easier, 10 ten times harder et cetera).
