Rejected from Server(3)

Hi Community, i have a Problem with my Client.

I startet the 2013-08-07 Client with loki launcher. I loggt in and select the Server, then i become the Error:

Reject from Server(3), the the windows closed.

 

The Server is running on my local IP 127.0.0.1. I dont have any error on the server.

The Server ist the actually Revision 17704, with the transaltion data.

 

The Diffs of my Exe:

 

* Disable Ragexe Filename Check
* Disable HShield
* Disable Packet Encryption
* Enable Multiple GRFs
* @ Bug Fix (Recommended)
* Ignore Missing File Error
* Ignore Missing Palette Error
* Increase Headgear ViewID to 5000
* Increase Zoom Out 50%
* Load ItemInfo.lua before lub
* Read Data Folder First
* Read msgstringtable.txt
* Read questid2display.txt
* Translate Client In English
* Use Normal Guild Brackets
* Use Ragnarok Icon
* eXtract MsgStringTable.txt
* eXtract txt file strings
 

 

I know it must be a IP error but i dont find him:

Its a local Server all IPs are set to 127.0.0.1

The port 6900 is open.

 

The solved Problem from the other topic here can me not help.

 

I dont a find the misstake, i have take another version from Pneuma
