how i can make all monster on ragnarok online droprate is 10% all  drop of a monster,miniboss and mvp

how i can make all drops like sticky mucus cards,all 

i set it to 10k but other items not 10% droprate

use mob_item_ratio.txt is on db/mob_item_ratio.txt
