Using Safe to 7 Certified, he tries to do the upgrade, but if you fail the refine rate of the current item does not change. It uses 3 different Tickets for +7, Headgear, Armor/Shield and Weapon. So attempts to run out if the Cert, if the ores run out, or if the zeny ends.
