Help plz while i wear Blank eye (w snapshot)

Hi guys

see in this pic
im wearing blank eye but its not showing on character cuz of hairstyle
this blank eye shows up if my hair style is between 1 to 27 

but above 27 this blank eye wont shows up, i have 72 hair styles.

what should i do to make it see this blank eye for all hair style?

i hope you guys  understand what i want to explain my problem!
if u not getting what i mean plz reply my post i try to explain again
