Failed to connect to server. pls Help!

IM USING 2011-03-15aRagexeRE.

IPadd - 192.168.1.101

wanIP - 112.200.32.71

in my clientinfo

when i use this ip inside clientinfo 127.0.0.1 = user and pass can log in. after that failed to connect

i tried this 112.200.32.71 = failed to connect

i tried this 192.168.1.101 = failed to connect

 

 

 

what is my problem???
