Looking for a server

I am looking for a new server to return to RO.

The big things I am looking for are:
*15+ character slots per account

*3rd classes, and up to date with new content (Homunculus S, Kagerou/Ouboru, Rebellion, etc)

*Mid rate or higher

*Customs are nice, but not required
