20130807Ragexe Client - Doesn't Work

I ran my 20130807Ragexe but it doesnt work or pop up.. i try it in Loki Launcher too its the same problem..

this is my diff list..

its ok now but.. when i get here:

and enter ragnarok.. client automatically close..

Remove HKLM to HKCU.
