Why I can't type thai lang. in server please help me T^T

I used this data http://rathena.org/board/topic/89245-2013-08-07aragexe-full-client-by-themon/    (20130814 in download link) and i use T(hai)RO Client

 

 

PS. if I want to change item description to original thai description. what should I do.
