job changer that stay max level in 3rd job

can i request for a job chager that will remain the base level 255 if my char change to 3rd job. (ex. 255 base level ) because of some job changer script when the char is in a max base level 255 (2nd advance job) and then change to 3rd job the base level return to 0. 

 

can you please help me about this?

not to 0, 1 is the min base level
