How to make 2servers in 1 VPS or IP

i have my own server which is 255/120 then my friend has his server to due to financial problem he close his server, and sold the server to me buti have only 1 VPS so i search arround and i find out that i can make it but i dont know how to do it so please help me

 

 

so when the player login their account it will show

 

NameofServer ( Extreme )

NameofServer2 ( HighRate)

 

something like this ......
