Looking for autospellonattack regardless of damage

Hey guys,

 

My main objective is to make Amon Ra Card proc regardless of taking damage. (Proc chance includes a miss.)

 

Currently it only seems to proc off a damaging hit, and i know i have seen this work im sure of it else where.
