i need a quick help to finifh my server

hi guys i am new in the forum i wich  any one could help me with this  things cuz i need a small help to complete my server ^^

 

1- ineed to know how to start the vps I've downloaded vps creator2.1 program, but it have a password and  i tryed to download a win rar password hack but  it takes very long time in to get the pass  and some times dont get the pass> <I hope if any one knows any new version or any sloution please tell me

2 - Howcan I change background of the the server and  i need to know who to put the pictures which apeares when u teleport or die ^^ _

3 - and ineed to know how to  change the form of the gate

4 - ineed to know How to add things in the flux or make any one make an acount in my server by the flux and how to add a place for charging >} (points) and a place to download the server

5 -oh and if any 1 know how to make all jobs  can ride animals or how can i add the wings in the items of the server plz tell me

 

last thing i have downloaded the thor patch how can i make it work with m y server
