killable enable equip specific item

Hi to all i want to specify my request this is special so wat i have its 9 diferent headgear each one is diferent to other so i want to do if the players equip example "toro heagear" all toro headgear cannot be killable by the another players who have the same "toro headgear" but its enable to killable to " agua headgear" 

 

Sorry i'm using eathena i know its too old but cannot upgrade to rathena beacause i have players.

Not using script commands. This would require a src edit as far as I know. This is because, you want to make a player unable to kill/attack a player wearing the same headgear (similar to faction system).
