I am creating custom skills and would like to know how do I create a passive skill, those that give bonuses such as Increase SP Recovery, Study Books, Sword Mastery, etc..
I searched several passive skills in the archives battle.c and skill.c but has nothing on them. Does anyone know or have any idea how to create / edit?
