Go to flux\themes\default\account\create.php

 

Search for this part:

 

<strong title="<?php echo htmlspecialchars(Flux::message('AccountCreateGenderInfo')) ?>">?</strong>
				</p>
			</td>
		</tr>

Insert this part after it.

 

		<tr>
			<th><label><?php echo htmlspecialchars(Flux::message('AccountBirthdateLabel')) ?></label></th>
			<td><?php echo $this->dateField('birthdate',null,0) ?></td>
		</tr>

Save file.
