Allow Player To Use Character Command Ex. #itemlist <playername>

I've a One Question for Character Command I've Add a itemlist:true To a groups.conf

 

For Group ID0

 

Yes Player Can Be Use @itemlist But Can't Use #itemlist <targetplayername>

 

 

How Can I Allow Player To Use Character Command ?

i put this ' itemlist: [true = @,true = #] '

in group.conf for group id 0 and then reloadcommand

=error

plz tell me how to use this

my player want to use this command #itemlist and #stats
