How to patch the RO Folder.

hi, need some help.

 

Is it possible to patch the RO Folder?

 

For example. I want to put a new mp3 file in the BGM Folder. How will I do it?

 

I'm using a jikari patcher anyways.

will this patch the main RO folder or only the Data folder inside my RO?

and what if it's not a grf file? rather it's an mp3 file? will this work out?
