Request Quest npc~

Im looking for Quest npc which Quest item can be view + i want to add require  item +10

for example 

npc will  ask +10 armor or +10 boots in order to get quest price or item

i have script for view quest item but i cant add +10 item as require 

i hope u guys understand what i mean,,.
