What does it actually say in the database? (I'm afraid you're going to have to find the table with this item yourself). Find, copy then paste the single record here. There might ....might...also be an issue in the shop code.

 

Is this newly installed item or an item that comes with the game? (Problem blind here, as I can't even install the damn thing ...)
